Double charged and won't reverse - travelocity

I am never using this terrible company again. Booked a flight and hotel to Vegas for $1,500 for the two of us, using Spirit Air. I checked my statement about a week later and found I was charged not only for the trip through Travelocity, but also by Spirit Air for the flight, which was included in the Travelocity price! I called and was told it would be 7-10 business days before I got my refund. Well, three weeks later - no refund. Called again today and was told the same thing - it would take 7-10 business days but POSSIBLY up to 30 days. Guess I'll just eat the interest chargesw for an extra $1,000 opn my credit card... Thanks Travelocity!
