On January 18 my husband and I made our final payment to universal. I ask when will our Certificate of ownerhip mail. The customer service representative noted that GrandCrowne no longer send out Certificate of ownership and congradulated us for paying in full. The agent stated that gradcrowne stop issueing Ownership Certificate in 2005. And that I may call Universal for a receipt. This was redictulos its like buyer a car making your last payment only to find out the dealer no longer sends your Title. Action really need to take place with this company. And although the loan is paid and full grandcrowne stated that we have to pay a annual fee of 149 a year. Is there anyone out there that can get involved with this Company to make a differnce and Let Grandcrowne pay for ripping off people through there many many many Lies!!!
