I supposedly "won" a free vacation. Three days & two nights at a hotel

I supposedly won a free vacation. I was planning a trip to Orlando, Fla. This month & wanted to use the free hotel that I had won.

I started the process for my request in July. The company has been playing phone tag with me & delaying mail correspondence for the past month.

I'm leaving on the 20th. Of November and it doesn't look like I'll be getting anything for free.
