Like the others who have filed reports on this company, I was ripped-off in the same way. I, too, would be interested in taking part in a class-action or any other type of suit that a lawyer would like to pursue.
I have already gotten a judgement from the Orange County, CA courts because that's where they were located at the time. But it was impossible to collect on this judgement since they kept fleeing from location to location and State to State. Last I heard, they were out of business. A new travel agency called Mid-American Connections allegedly bought out their telephone number (248) 336-2375 in Rutherford County, North Carolina.
