I sent Greg Salmon over $1500 as a deposit for a vacation condominium in Hawaii for March.2 months ago due to a family emergency we are unable to take this trip. I emailed Greg Salmon of West Maui Condo Rentals to request a refund. No answer. After my third attempt at communication, Greg Salmon of West Maui Condo Rentals claimed that my wife had contacted him to change the date to 2009. This was a flat-out LIE. He also claimed that my wife was lying to ME because she had definately talked to him. To this date he has given no proof of this communication (because that would be impossible.
As of 10/22, no refund. Greg Salmon of West Maui Condo Rentals has no written policy to withhold my deposit.
