Super 8 Beachfront Mackinaw City, MI.internet not working. Clerks stated can not do anything. Requested adjustment to room rate. It was refused. We checked out at 10 PM and requested a refund and it was refused. Hotel clerks very rude. Don't stay at this property. Hotel is a RIP OFF.
