My name is Bobby I work out of town sometimes I'm from Ruskin, fl. I went online to Travel Today to book revations at Ramada Inn in orange texas. I booked the hotel for 8 pre-paid daysaon only stayed 5 of those days when I checked out the hotel bill was 302.45 and I was credited 175.00. It was not to my account it was to the Travel today Mastercard account which I paid them 629.00 for the hotel room.
I called Travel today to see if they were going to give my refund back to me and they refused. Then I got an e-mail from them to comfirmed with the hotel the nessary information in regards ot issueing a refund to me for the unused days of my reservation. Since this reservation was charged to them for the original dates, they must wait comfirmation of the credit to me. The said as soon as the confirmation they would submitt a request for refund. They also said ther woudl be a penalty for eary check out of one of those night. Even the the hotel paid then the full amount back for those nights. So they charged me a total of 327.00 for there fees as far as I can see if I even get my 175.00 back.
