My wife and I made reservations to visit the Haytt Resort Vacation Club in good faith. A Week before our visit, we put our home in Fl up for sale - and it sold in one day - with a 30 day close.'Meaning we had to visit Huntsville, shop for a home, buy one and get back for secure our closing back home. All within the 7 day timeframe that encompassed the date of our visit. I notiifed them that we needed to cancil since we were still house hunting -and explained the situation. They told me it was too bad and they were well within thier "rights" to bill my credit card per the T & C's of our agreement. That was correct, but feel they showed very poor judgement in doing so - given our circumstances. This is not a user freindy organization and should be avoided at all costs. Customer satisfaction is not a priority wtih them - just the bottom line... Ptiful
