I sent the requested dates and money that is required so that we can plan a vacation. First of all it took 2 weeks to get through to the representative to be told that I could upgrade for additional money so that they could guarantee the date that I had choosen. I let them know that I could not afford to upgrade for more money and the trip that was given to me would be fine.
Then I was told in know uncertain terms that the dates I had choosen were not available. So I asked if she could tell when would be the best time to book a date, so that I could rearrange my work schedule to be able to go on this cruise.
Then I was told that I would have to wait until another letter was sent to pick 2 more days. I have received the letter that is also requesting more money. What kind of business that is just a run around. Why can't they just be straight forward and let you know that they are not going to honor the certificate but, you have to pay additional $ in order to receive this FREE trip (with only taxes to pay).
