Preferred Guest Services - Summer Bay Resorts—Insider Report False-deceptive, den of thieves, unprofessional, money thieives

Take it from an insider, they give you the false impression that you have won a vacation with a claim number. When you call you find out it will cost you your sanity and your money... They charge you for a high stress tour on the resort. If you get out of the tour with your wits and wallet in tact. You are one of the lucky ones. The hotel room is really in a cheap hotel (not the resort) that you can get without the stressful sales tactics and for less than you pay to them for the high stress experience at the resort tour.

They are pushy, relentless people, and the service and treatment they forward to prospect customers is unprofessional and highly stressful. The phone (sales) room is run by teenagers who are good at convincing ignorant vacationers that it's a good deal. Managers only care about money and sales, not customer service, brand reputation or mutual respect. The whole process is about getting you in a room by yourself and force feeding you a resort sale —timeshare sale—down your throat at any cost. It will ruin your day and even your entire vacation. Your family will think your stupid and cowardly for giving in, if you buy just to get out of the room.

They will threaten you with voiding your hotel room voucher, so it may cost you double if you do not buy a timeshare, Don't be taken by this approach. Get a real vacation deal at a reputable company or buy a resale timeshare that someone does'nt want and avoid the stress.

Thanks to &Bill & a day manager& —Dennis — the general manager& of & Preferred Guest Services &this company —Summer Bay Resorts —may be headed for bankruptcy and possible state attorney investigations. Upper management should change the way this marketing is being conducted. It's borders major false advertising.

A smart business owner should know better than to create a negative marketing campaign being run by unprofessional people.

Check this rip off website for all of the traveler"s complaints and check your state government web sites for law suits. Do not do business with these people until they make the needed changes.
