Will not pay for crew's admitted error Ripoff

I played and won ($5744) in jackpot bingo on 2/10/07. I called it and a crew member took the card form me, told me to go to the stage, and went to the back of the theater with my card. When she returned to the stage with my card she indicated to the caller the wrong panel on the card and when he checked it of course it was not a winner. They continued the game and upon further checking i realized they called the wrong panel and i did indeed win.By this time they had given my money to another person. I went directly to them and they told them of their mistake and they later verified that i did call it correctly but said i should have corrected them sooner. That card was out of my possession the from the time i called it, and it was their job to call it right. The caller did not verify the last number called, as the rules state. If he did he would have noticed their error. Even though they have confirmed these events, from the ship's crew to their corporate offices their position is TOO BAD. Don't go with them. Can anybody help
