Ripoff. I was in hospital and could not respond by the alloted time. Wanted to cancel. They said no. Would like to have my 109.55 back or either let me and 2 other margate florida

Iwas in hospital last year having back surgery and could not respond in the alloted time. I ask for refund, but they said no. My husband is not able to go but me and 2 other ladies can take this trip if they will let us. Other wise—i would like to have my money back. Please respond back and let me know something.
