Florida Direct contact me about a trip to Florida. I explaine to them that I really wasn't interested in the trip because I am disable and I am on a low budget fix income. They said they would send out a free package for me to look at anyway. I never recieved anything from them but I recently found out that they withdraw $149.00 dollars from my checking acct. I ask them how did they get my acct. Number but they never told me. I never gave them my checking acct. Number so I don't know how they got it. I asked them to refund me my money back into my acct and they told me that I have to write them a letter to get my money back. I am sending a certified letter to them today. If I donot recieve my money back within 2 weeks I will contact them again and follow up on this report.
