The company down right lied they promised me and my family the best vactoin ever. Well maybe the worst ever they forget to mention all the extra cost for the cruise even when i keep asking are you sure thier theirs no hidden cost. They also offerse a 50 dollar voucher for each adult for the casio I said well i really dont gambel they said oh well you can cash it in for anything you want. Really you had to pay 50 dollars to get it also i was offered 2 tickets for universial tickets but once again their was a catch The ramada plaza resorts we were sent was nasty smelly and on on of the bed im not sure but thier was something nasty wiped on the side off the bed sheet it look liked dried (bm) but im not for sure i told the cleaning lady but she siad i speak no english So i went to the desk and the just said will check into it.
Also some of the wall outlets were hanging out of the wall i've called the company several times they say thier nothing they can do about. I dont know where to turn I neverd filed a complaint before i dont want this to happen to any one else I had to do a time share for all this it lasted 2 hours the man on the phone said only 45 minutes I was a real big dumbie noboby see to cre please can you help thank you
