Charged my VISA for signing up for their services, said I had made a motel request at Ramada Norwalk

On June 26th I found a charge on my credit card for $11.00 from TLG*TRVLADV. On June 29th I had another charge from TLG*TRVLADV for $11.00. I then called the 800 number and found out that they had gotten my "acceptance" from an email that I had sent, as I "had made a reservation" at Ramada Inn using my credit card.

However, I had NEVER made a reservation at Ramada Inn (they could not tell me which Ramada Inn), but had my credit card number, email address, and my home address. I asked them to remove these two charges (36-72 hours or 4 to 6 weeks) and so far no removal. They were to send me an email immediately, but so far no reply. I have had to cancel my card and will be at my bank tomorrow to file fraud charges against them. PLEASE check your credit card statements daily online, if you can. A small obscure charge can often result in major charges later on.
