Ripoff scam dishonest false information inconvenience bad customer service

I received a letter in the mail about a vacation package. I called it in since I was curious. They told me I had to make a decision at the time or else I would not receive the promotion. I asked if I could call back the next day. They said they would need my credit card number but they wouldn't charge. But they never notified me that they were going to put a hold on my acct. I did my research and found that there were several problems with the vacation package, so I called the next day and said I wasn't interested.

They put a hold my acct so I did not have access to my money. They said it would be off in 72 hours, but my bank told me the hold was issued for 7 days. My bank proceed to tell me that Ramada would have to send a fax stating to remove the hold on my acct. Ramada said that they don't fax banks, but my bank said that they do that. Many of Ramada customer service reps were very rude and one man made me so upset that I started to cry. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said that his supervisor didn't want to talk to me and that I would have to wait and deal with it.
