I reserved a room through hotels.com and they charged me 108.00. When i got to the hotel they told me that there price was only 79.99. I called hotels.com and they said that they would refund me the difference and that it would be directly returned to my credit card but it never was. I have called them several times and they told me well it should of gone back on there and that it is my problem and i should take it up with my credit card company. Well if thats not bad enough the hotel we stayed in was a c*p hole. I e-mailed them about that they said they were sorry. That was it they didnt offer me anything. This is not right that they are taking advantage of people and stealing there hard earned money.
