I obtained a DVD following the 15-day time period limit to block out our "holiday" with this particular organization. Amusing thing is they assured me a "box" of info along with a verification e-mail — I'd NO idea who to phone whilst the man never offered me-any titles regarding who was promoting me the bundle (yes, I was silly, I acknowledge it that used to donot REQUEST which organization it was). The man guaranteed 7 night remains in 2 places of the property (yes, their home, I ensured to request this 1). While I got this DVD (that will be ALL I obtained from their store) I observed it and was surprised that I Would be staying in "their selection of resorts". I called instantly (nicely, 24 hours later - it was during the night I observed it) and discovered it was after their 15-day time period limit to stop.
"Sorry, nothing I will do, you are able to contact our grievances division via E-MAIL (just, get that???) and see what they claim"... I did so but NOTHING BACK FROM THEIR STORE obviously
I submitted a on my charge card for that $69 I had been currently billed - the challenge was ended and there is nothing my cc might do since ETourAndTravel declined the reimbursement to my cc organization aswell! The remainder of the cash, we will notice. I have really ended my charge card simply because they won't consider anymore resources from ME. They don't do the things they let you know they're performing - and that I WOn't spend liars.
DoN't get cut by the corporation, it is a large fraud and anything I Have find out about them - appears others have now been cheated too. (they actually explained I Would need to spend MORE easily desired to remain in their resort!!! Could you think it??? After I REQUESTED and was informed differently!)
