I have tried many many times (over a time period of 4 months) to contact the Hyatt via e-mail & phone regarding my issue of getting double billed for a one time stay at there resort.
Their management staff is rude, unprofessional, unhelpful, and never returns calls or e-mails. I have been passed around to over 10 different people and no one will help me resolve my issue. I was billed $800.00 for a one night stay that should have only been $150.00 a night. I advise anyone planning to stay at that Hotel DO NOT... They STINK!!!
