I too got suckerd into a trip from Ramada and 24 hours after I paid them my card was frauded several times reaching over one thousand dollars.
As a mother of three children I could not afford this and when the guy was selling my this vaction he said my kids were free, but that was untrue they are 99$ each and I was told me and a friend could go on this trip for 700$ for the two of us my card was billed 989.00$ not the 698-700 the guy said is was suposed to be for the two of us.
Then we were suprised by the other fees I asked about and was told there would be none, Ramada would cover them all as a promotional thing we just found out about the 100$ fees and port fees and all the other fees reported in the little booklet with coupons, writen in words so small you can barley read them, I had to use a magnifying glass to see what it had to say.
Then when I thought it could get no worse I have become very sick, and can not go on this trip even if I wanted to and when I phoned to tell them this I was told there was nothing they could do but rebook the trip so I said ok 3 years from now I should be able to go and she said ok send 180$ to them to do that.
To top that off I thought ok lets make the best of thing here I took the gift certificate they sent me and tried to buy some on line things to make me feel a little better and well guess what, I tried to buy to buy 1 video camera and one camera not fully using my thousand dollar gift and I was going to have to pay almost 400$ in shipping for 2 thing I ship 50lb-80lb (pounds) boxes to and from the states all the time and have never paid that much for shipping ever and you can't tell me one vidoe camera and one tiny pen camera has all that much paking or would coast that much for shipping. So there goes my thousand dollars there too!
So to Ramada hope it makes to feel good to take peoples money and kick them when they are down, I know if I did that in my business I would be shut down and sent to jail. Makes you wonder where kindsness, and good will to others went and why do they get away with this, when so meny have complained about this company. I guess what they say is true money can buy you everything including states and people's mouths.!!!
