Fraud/ripoff for vacation vacation

I obtained a voucher for 2 free excursions to Vegas, NV from the workshop/timeshare offer (CGI) I joined. Obviously the bundle didn't come through and that I dropped $100. I will never achieve Infinity Incentive Teamis 800-number. This can be a scam/Rip-Off organization. Please bear in mind from my error. Below is their target info.
