Travel Agents Go Direct
Took cash out of my account for trip that I tried to cancel but no one would answer the phone

My wife Cynthia and I got a letter in the mail on 1-23-07 from Travel Agents Go Direct. For a trip to Fla. The papers said we had until 1-25-07 to cancell or our account would be charged $59.95 for the trip. We tried to call several times and we are getting a message that there phones are having a problem and would be temperary. This has happened for 5 days now and all I want is my money back and for them not to bother me again.
