We are crusing in the Carribean. We were sold a fraudulent vacation club plan—per Rip Offs, in St. Thomas, USSVI, and are unable to meet the 3 day cancelation requirement via in-writing, certified mail, and return of materials to cancel contract. Isn't there a law enforcement agency that can step in and protect us if these people are breaking the law.
We have been unable to contact the company via e-mail or their website. We will be home too late (1-28-07,4 days from sale) to meet mail requirements and will be at sea the next two days. 1-27-07 is the deadline. We have no phone number for Beachcombers in IL.
