This company called my daughter, who is only 19 and in college, and told her that they needed to verify her account information for a vacation.
She went to check her account last night and she has a negative balance now and had to go online to find out why. This company had taken out 2 transactions from her account. One for $59.00 and another for $149.00.
She did not authorize them to do this. I am upset because they took advantage of a young college student who really doesn't understand what is going on.
I warned her to never give out any information over the phone.
