Cheapseats.com cheaged me for 4 tickets instead of two.By them doing so, they had my bank charge me overdraft fees.
After being on the phone with them for hours, i finally got someone to submit my claim. It does not look like their customer service know what they doing. They are suppposely refunding the extra 2 tickets ($980 and change) they unlawfully took off from my personal checking but noone can give me a confirmation number. Cheapseats.com is refusing to cover the overdraft fees. Nobody from the customer service dept can tell me why i was charged for 4 plane tickets.
I got hung up on by customer when i requested to speak to a supervisor or their so called "research department" about the charges that my bank applied to my personal checking account after they withdrew an extra $980 while i was in Las Vegas. They clearly refused to take responsabilities for their action.
This company needs to be accountable for their acts. They withdrew more money that they were supposed to. This is a big inconvenience for me and my family. I was unable to get Christmas gifts for my family members because of what they did.
