Individual membership was purchased (6/05/05) Mother/daughter membership also purchased in which we were told it would not be a problem if the daughter (10 years old) joined.
Pool immediately closed down for "rennovations." Members were promised rennovations would last no longer than three weeks. (7/1/05.)
Pool did not reopen until 9/1/05.
Pool refused to refund memberships.
Pool was extremely dangerous. No lifeguard or resuscitation equipment or trained persons. Chlorine fumes. Extremely slippery conditions. All of this reported to management 9/1/05. Pool refused to refund memberships.
Pool refused entry and revoked membership to/of the daughter 10/20/05 on the grounds that health department suddenly and allegedly forbade entry to minors. Pool refused to issue full refunds but promised to "mail a check minus the two month"
Efforts to recover membership fees ongoing.
