So here's what happened... I reserved a limo from this company back in March. They seemed to have the most competitive price out there so I went with them. Everything seemed fine until my wedding day.
The limo shows up... No just married sign. No soda in the limo. The air conditioning did not work. None of the functions in the limo worked at all. The passenger side door barely opened. It opened once you had to put all your strength into it. I called the previous day to confirm the reservation and verify when payment was due.
I spoke to Mr. Alex Mich. (What a total d*ck head) I called to verify when payment for the limo was due. The woman named Victoria verified that I could pay the remaining balance once we were done with the limo. So I call the day before and spoke to this d*ck head named Alex Mich and he was total dick when I called to verify when the payment was due.
The fist this clown did was contradicted what his employee said. He told me that I had to pay for the limo before we got into it. (We paid at the end of using the limo.) Alex Mich is a f*cking idiot. I told him that Victoria said that I could pay at the end. This piece of sh*t named Alex Mich told me that he knows what she said that and that she didn't say that.
So now this guy is calling me a liar. He was completely and utterly unprofessional and didn't seem too intelligent. He screamed at me and I just said that I will call back later and hung up. The limo was terrible. Some of the AC vents did not have the cover on them. There was a giant hole in the top of the limo (Which we video recorded and took pictures of), Which I will be providing to all the different locations of anytime limo. Alex Mich obviously had no clue who I am and who he was talking too!
I call this Alex Mich guy and he starts with the d*ck head attitude again. He tells me that because the pop was not in the limo he would take off $3.00 b/c the pop was not in the limo. To cut a long story short. He took off a total of $25 off the bill. Big f*cking whoop! Then they charged my debit card the full price of the bill after I paid the driver in cash. They sent me a voided transaction report... But why did they charge my card anyway? This place is crooked... I plan on writing to the corporate offices and the BBB to file more complaints.
I have never seen such poor service from a limo service in my life. I bet if I had spoken Spanish I would have been treated better. Honestly I think it was very racist. To make things worse I think the limo drive was an illegal alien from Mexico.
This guy did not even speak English. Alex Mich told me that the limo driver had been driving limos for over 25 years. I honestly think it was 25 days. He had no idea of direction or where he was going. I have contacted my bank to detest the transaction that they tried to pull. I guess you get what you pay for. The limo was beat up. It was filthy, the tires looked like they were going bald. There was a bunch of tools in the back that kept jingling around it smelled like oil from the huge spare tire that was just sitting behind us. And there must have been a hole in the exhaust because the truck sounded like it had duals on it. (It didn't)
I can't even say that this limo was ghetto. That would give ghetto a bad name. This limo made ghetto look like the best of the best. There was no privacy guard. This limo was just F*CKED UP! It was the biggest sh*t box that everyone in the wedding party has ever seen.
The limo was comparable to the truck Fred Sanford drives in the Sanford & son TV show. Once again Alex Mich spoke to me so poorly I couldn't believe it. The first thing out of his mouth was it was somehow my fault. No only did I get lied to by this piece of sh*t he just would not accept the blame. This guy seemed more like a thug/hoodlum more than a reputable buisness man. I'm slightly concerned to place this complaint for fear that they may use my credit card info fo fraudulant purposes.
There is no type of customer service in that company. He didn't even care to listen to hear my complaint. He continued to scream over me on the telephone. He was the biggest piece of sh*t I have ever seen. Based on his accent I could understand this. I bet his whole family is pieces of sh*t as well... What a rip off! Anytime limo... Anytime they can f*ck their customers over that is...
