I registered to get a 30-time free trial offer of PeoplePC in November. I'd gotten factors via a incentive plan for registering. I never once actually mounted it on my pc. I've web through my cable business. And so I ended after 3 times. I had been informed that anything was ended and that I might no further be charged. Therefore 4 weeks pass and my charge card have been sacrificed and was ended. A couple of days later I obtain a phone from PeoplePc informing me that my regular charge couldn't be prepared. And so I named them-and they inform me that after I'd never ended their support. Evidently, I'd been charged each month, unconsciously. I told them that I'd ended after just a few times within my free trial offer which I needed the consideration closed.
PeoplePC refused to shut the consideration till I settled them the total amount about the consideration because of my card being rejected. I extended to describe for them that I've never actually utilized their providers which I'd been fraudulently charged for that previous 4 weeks. To ensure that phone got me nowhere. Therefore every single day, their billing office calls about five times a day to gather the total amount about the consideration. I've talked with 14 repetitions and 5 administrators. Which have stated they might not support me. They declare that they CAn't close a merchant account that's a balance onto it.
Therefore The harassing calls keep arriving every single day. Eventually I'd enough. I entered out a pleasant notice towards the California State Attorney General. I created one last endeavor and named them to correct the problem. I acquired some Indian man about the telephone called Frank (yes... Ok). Frank connected me having a boss. I told the boss the problem and advised him when the problem couldn't be resolved while I had been about the telephone that I'd be sending my notice out towards the California State Attorney General each morning. I then proceeded to see my notice to him to allow him realize that I had beennot just bs'ing.incredibly enough, he could proceed right in and zero out the total amount about the consideration and shut it. INCORRECT!!! Every single day I'm still receiving atleast 3-5 calls daily from their billing office. After I ask why they're calling, they begin to state "There's a stability in your consideration of... Um... Zero dollars." I then go to let them know to prevent calling me or I'll document a nuisance suit. I've talked with many repetitions and many administrators SINCE my consideration continues to be shut (again) and NOBODY could inform me why I'm constantly being named. Therefore nowadays again (at 8am) they're calling me again.
And So I am composing this criticism to alert everybody TO REMAIN from PeoplePC. It's a terrible organization. I'll be giving out my notice towards the California State Attorney General's workplace later today, in addition to processing a using the BBB. Not the BBB truly does something. When you have comparable difficulties with PeoplePC, I would recommend calling the Attorney-General within their condition. When they obtain enough grievances, they'll pursue them.
