Ripoff I paid them $475 to promote/sell my timeshare It's been two years and it's still not sold They won't return my calls

This company agreed to promote and sell my timeshare after I paid them $475. It's been over two years since I paid and the contract was in place, and it's still not sold. They won't return my phone calls, and as far as I know they have done nothing to promote my timeshare and try to sell it other than list it on their website.
