I had made a hotel reservation with this company that was paid in full in advance. I was unable to go, andwas suppose to recieve a 50% refund. I have yet to recieve my refund and it has been 3 months since I was first told the refund was on it's way to me via U.S. Mail. Since then I have spoken with this company on almost 20 different occasions to find out where my money is, and each time I am told the same thing -"we will check on it and give you a call back". They have never called me back to tell me where my money is.
