I am sooo glad I put their name in, and I want to thank all of you who took the time to put their stories out there. America does ban together, and get crooks like these.
I had arrived home this evening, tired from work, in the Sales industry as a Director for a major Fortune 500 company, that is a household name, and opened my envelop. I TRIED to call, but the numbers were busy. GOD saved me from spending my money with crooks. I read the information to my sister, and then even acknowledged to her that I was expecting Fees, airfare... GASOLINE (IN CHICAGO IT'S $3.50/GALLON), meals, and EVEN expected to sit in a time share meeting.
(In Chicago, we just ain't that naive, to think something is for free, and someon is truly gonna give you a $5000 vacation package (almost 5 trips across the country and international waters) for $600. Even $1300 is still a good price. So i expected to spend the normal vacation deal of $700-$800 adtl out of my pocket, cause I DID want to enjoy myself.
Now, where it all CHANGED! The fact that we have employees, and Steve, who is obviously the owner, BICKERING ON A PUBLIC usacomplaints. ComS forum to defend a company they no longer work for is ABSURB! Who? Why? And go get a job! Steve is quoting the script, as Gina (Gena) as well. So immaturity is key. The fact that employees are on this forum discussing their coworkers drug problems, is a direct violation of EEOC laws; and I would seriously think about taking legal actions if I were them, and if steve is the boss, that's an ASSHOLE of an boss, where is the business man who is actyually running a mult-million dollar scam. I would probably think steve is sniffing up his nose as well.
In the Sales environment, you find individuals who have worked in various companies, but Steve, Daniel, whoever the owner is, must be doing something right, because he keeps selling the packages.
Steve, Daniel, Gena, whoever... 1 point of explanation... Small sales tip! If you truly want to sell packages... Offer people a multiple cruise vacation page, for the economical family... I am so sure, that your "crack head" workers, know some drug dealers who want to impress their outer state connections. Give them a hoot! Offer your employees a bonus for self driven business, they might work harder! And then the families that you have there offer them an opportunity to upgrade in the door, and be UPFRONT WITH PEOPLE! $1400. THE AVERAGE family that goes on vacation makes approx. 55,000- 90,000/year; indulge in those individuals who are in the income range of $30K-50K; that's middle class america, they understand a deal... And are not living in the royal palace, sooo... You actually might make a habit of throwing in 2 nights of dinners, and some extras, and not having the realtors. Look into partnering with companies that relocate fmailies... DO SOME FRONT END; HIRE SOME PEOPLE WITH DEGREES, to come in and turn it around... And steve... MAKE YOU SOME MONEY! Small contractors are all over the country, HOME DEPOT HAS LIGHT FIXTURES... invest in the hotel... $15K could probably stop some of the complaints..., and bring a different level of clientele. Teah your employees to SELL! I would ask the question as an employee..." is there not traffic in your area??? America is getting congested, and if you are interested in not driving, have you taken any camping trips?
People THANK YOU, FOR POSTING YOUR STORY. IF i HAD NOT LOOKED THIS COMPANY UP! I might have been swindled! THANKS. AND STEVE, this is a good manager to a manager... Get a better staff! And get some ethics!
