My spouse was in intensive treatment as well as in a car accident.
I called the University Park Hotel @ MIT resort 9 times ahead of time to stop the reservation. I had been educated that the charge card had been already charged and the reservation couldn't be terminated.
Customers must be conscious of the cancellation policy.
I can't suggest this resort because of this.
