The outfit promised low priced travel, yet every time I tried to use their services I found lower prices myself on-line. I have been trying for over 2 months to get a refund (they promise a complete money back guarantee within 15 days of requesting one) and they still have not sent it. When you call their number you get a voice message that tells you they will call you back, they don't call back.
