I was looking for some tickets to go visit my sister and after looking at some ticket prices on the internet I was called the next day by Cheap Trips! It sounded too good to be true and it seems it was. I was given a "special package" so I wouldn't have to rent a hotel at my destination (since I would be staying with family). Only after the transaction was completed did I discover that you had to be at least 21, which I'm not.
So... I tried to call and cancel and they said that they would give me a same day refund. But I never got any refund, or any promised package. When I tried to talk to someone from there (that called a few days later) they said that "that would be for the customer service department" and hung up on me. Daddy, not so affectionitly calls them, Cheap Tricks: (. With things as tight as they are we really don't need people taking our money with no return on our expenditure!
