I have been dealing with these companies for about a month and a half now. I get a call saying that I I had won a $1,000 online shopping spree and FREE plane tickets to anywhere (for a nominal fee of course) and a financial service (for a nominal fee of course). The last two coming with a free trial then they would charge my account. Well before either free trial was up and before I got any info at all the money was taken out of my account. So I get the info and I call to tell them Fly Free (1-800-748-9025) directs me to call another number (1-800-625-9305) where they pretty much tell me my trial was up take the tickets and be happy my vouchers will be coming in 7-10 days. And of course have not gotten anything and when I called them again a few minutes ago they say they'll put a RUSH on it. Ideal Financial Solutions was called because they took the money about five days into the free trial and of course I got the info about two days after the free trial I'm told that after I receive my CD (which I still have not gotten two weeks later) and I try it if I don't want it they will enroll me (now) for a money back guarantee. I tell them no htat if it's real then it should be a given that I should get my money back that they are not enrolling me in anything else tha thas to do with them. Now remember that I said I have not gotten the CD that they say came with my service yet. So I call them back (about an hour ago and I actually get the same person I spoke to two weeks ago) and he tells me that since I'm calling that they will put a RUSH on sending me my CD and he still wants to ENROLL me in the MONEY BACK guarantee, even though eh himself says that it really is automatic.
I have filed the paperwork with my back to get my money back. Don't know if it will work but I'm trying.
