We booked a honeymoon package through them. We pre-paid for services at the resort. When we got there, surprise, the resort knew nothing of our pre-paid services. We had to pay again for the services when we were there. When we got home "The Travel Central Store"really didn't care. They have made no attempt to refund us our money. I have contacted them numerous times. Now they won't return my phone calls or emails. We have sent them recipts of our services to prove we had to pay for them and after that they stopped all contact. I filed with the Better Business Bureau and they have not replied to them either!
