This is a travel agency who never paid the resort even though I paid them to stay at the resort. I paid Orlando Vacation Packages USA there name at the time and now they go under the name Orlando Vacation Outlet in July stayed at the resort in August only to find out in September that the resort was never paid as the resort went after me for the money so I ended up paying twice for my trip as the resort went in my account and took the money from me and there was nothing I can do about that as I have to go after the travel agency to get my money back and I have had no luck as of yet. I reported them to the better business bureau and they have never replied to the better business bureau and there is nothing they can do except keep my case on file for 3 years. And I have complained as well to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and that is pending for sixty days. I just really want my money back and for these people to be stopped. It is so wrong what they are doing and I have replied to someone else on this site who has complained about them and another website there were 2 other people who complained on pissed consumer.
