We used Travel Central for our wedding and honeymoon in Sandals, Jamaica. We were paid in full and were over charged $3000. I contacted Cindy Ball at Travel Central and she agreed that the charge never should have been processed. Cindy in an email stated "I am having difficultied with my merchant account since Sue (Cindy's sister in law) left the company and the merchant account was in her name." Cindy also stated in the same email "Please be patient with me and I appologize for every inconvience" This was on 11/21/08. Since then I have spoken with Cindy several times and she keeps stating that she is working on putting the money together but times are tough. Times are tough everywhere I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the New York State Consumer Protection Board.
