MVI Marketing is the most bogus, fraudulent company, that I have ever encountered. I had to sit through an hour and a half of sales gimmicks, in order to receive a "FREE" vacation package that I never got to enjoy. After submitting my certified $100.00 money order and enduring six months of continuously submitting my form to "select" my vacation and being rejected due to the departure date being within seven days of a holiday, or the departure date not being correct, or the vacation being booked, I requested a refund.
I spoke with a woman who told me that my refund was being processed, and that if I didn't receive my check in a week, to call back. Well, I've been calling and calling for seven months now, and still haven't gotten anyone to answer the phone, or the check in the mail.
I am very upset with the bad customer service I have received. I don't care a thing about the vacation offer either, I just want my money that is rightfully mine. I don't see how this company is operating legally! This company STEALS money from people!
Don't be a victim to this company. Don't send them ANY MONEY. You will be fighting for it a year and a half later.
