Received fax @ my office re: Vacation deals called and payed them above amount for disney vacation this encluded airfair and hotel. They said the rates were low because these were vacations that were booked by business that were not used. You had to pick from certain hotels. After months and much calling our vacation package arrived, but before u could make reservations you had to send more fees to activate your vacation. Good thing we didn 't send these right away. We were told we had one year to use our vacation. When I tried to book the vacation called both numbers for Encore, and both Phone numbers were disconnected.
