When we went on our honeymoon last year, Continental cancelled our flight, and basically told us that it was our tough luck. When we came back, we had to fight for almost 2 months to get at least some of our money back.
Although we understood the reason for the cancellation, we were called at home in the morning at 4:00AM, to tell us that the flight was still on time. This really upset us.
After contacting Continental, all we recieved was the usual formal form letter people are always sent.
We are still out money, for the limo to the airport (no friend wanted to wake up at 4:00AM to drive us to the airport, the extra day in Mexico, the day without clothes (our clothes were left in Mexico City by accident overnight by the airline we finally did take), and the extra money we had to spend...
