Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this FRAUDULANT company. I received a "free trip" from them for attending a travel agency presentation. I sent in $119 for taxes for this trip after submitting 6 different dates and being turned down for all of them I advised them to give me dates that were available or I would be contacting my attorney. Then they finally gave me a date that was accepted by them and I returned all of the documents they requested only to be told they never received them... Lucky for me I sent everything certified with delivery confirmation, after I faxed this information to them my documents magically appeared and I was actually going to be booked for this trip. About a month later I was contacted by one of their sales people and was convinced that without upgrading to their "VIP" package I may as well be ready for a nightmare vacation and was talked into upgrading this trip for an extra $380. I was promised I would get an extra night, a guaranteed early departure and late return (Red eye flight), a non stop flight, and numerous free slot plays certificates, match plays, and several free show tickets. Well, I received my package in the mail today and about had a heart attack. My flight departs at 10:50 A.M.in Detroit and arrives at 3:40 P.M.in Las Vegas, of course I thought this has to be a mistake because a flight from detroit to vegas is only 4 hours long so I call the airlines and am told this flight has 3 stops on my way there and 4 on my way home. My returning flight leaves at 2:20 P.M. Vegas time and lands in Detroit at 11:05 P.M. Now lets not forget Vegas is 3 hours behind detroit so this turns out to be over an 8 hour flight there and a 9 hour flight home. Folks this is what you get for the "VIP PACKAGE" with this company. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I did call to complain and was told that none of what the sales person promised was guaranteed even though he did say those exact words but more or less an example of what they can usually do for the people who pay to upgrade... So in all I have paid over $500 for this crappy joke of a "free trip" and will never again fall for one of these scams. My mom and Dad just went to Vegas from Detroit in January on Northwest airlines and stayed 4 nights at the stratosphere hotel with nonstop flights, early departure and late returns and paid $525 total for their trip. Someone needs to sue this company!!!
