I, like many others recieved a certificate from MVI for a free cruise. June I called and booked this one week cruise but of course I went ahead and paid for upgrades. They were very nice and helpful. I sent $1000 on credit card immediately and over the next several months paid them off. They wanted all of the money by Dec and they had it. I had contacted them over the months and they were very nice and everything seemed fine. Now our curise is scheduled in two weeks, March 26 and I still do not have the final boarding papers. I have tried this last weekend to get ahold of them and now it is Monday morning and I read all of the info on this website. Looks like I have lost out on alot of money and all of my dreams of a wonderful vacation. I am so devistated that there is nothing I can do. I hope this website is able to help me some way. I tried getting ahold of anyone at any of the numbers listed and it is not possible. I have all of this wonderful paperwork that promises so much. Now it looks like they are worth nothing.
