Reason: The merchant did not complete the services I contracted for or performed them incompletely.
This vacation was booked for four adults on 1/9/06. The trip was an all inclusive vacation package at $1064.90 per adult for the time period of 2/11 - 2/18. On the confirmation it has no specification of room count. On the hotel's website that was checked prior to booking, it is the resort's policy to not allow 4 adults to stay in one room, so it was assumed that we would get a room that would accommodate 4 adults.
When we arrived, the hotel put us in one small room for an entire week. Here we were stuck in another country with no assistance from FunJet. Friends that were on the trip with us were accommodated with separate rooms when they booked through another third party agent.
Itinerary clearly states that this is for 4 adults with different last names, so no confusion could be made with the booking that children were involved. A call that had me on the phone for 20 minutes to FunJet (international roam on a cell phone mind you that cost me over $100) basically was rude and told me that "I was on my own"
