I received an invitation to ramada plaza resort and decided to give them a call and see what's up with their business. Biggest mystake of my life. I'm a college student who is already in big debt with the gvt and can barely self-sustain myself. I called them and talked to the lady, she explained everything to me and when she asked me for my car number and everything i told her that there was no money in that account and that they can't take money out of it. The kind of went around and around the conversation until the finally said congratulations mo! And that was it.
I kept telling them not to take money out of my account unless i called them when i decide to travel and from there they would take the money out of my account two weeks prior to my departure date. They were taping out conversations. So was i!!! I have a tape recording of the whole conversation and me telling their manager that no money was present in the account that the information was given to them... So please please please. I'm begging to help me asap because i'm overdraft over $800 with an account that i don't use and i don't have any money to pay that fee. So please let me know if u can help me get that money back.
