We mailed in 2 checks for a cruise totalling $571.88. Both checks cleared and we received a form stating that our dates could not be honored. So we requested to have our money sent back to us. This was in September. So when January came around and I hadn't received our refund yet I called them. They told me I would receive my check in 20 business days. Well, 20 business days came and went and still no check. So I called them again. However, they had closed their doors and closed their business. Now I can't get a hold of them. They are thiefs and I want my money back. We have to pay $3000 in hospital bills for my daughter who was in the hospital for 1 night and this money that is rightfully ours would help to pay that.
