$40.00 Gas Rebate Is A Fraud ripoff promised $40.00 gas rebate without receipts - I sent in the form, then received another form requesting receipts $10.00 at a time. I sent in a receipt and never heard back from them

We were contacted by Blue Green Resorts to purchase a vacation package in Branson Missouri that included a $40.00 gas rebate. We were told up front that no receipts would be required. The vacation was fine, but instead of reimbursing us for gas, we received a form to complete and send to Grand Getaways, Attn: The Gasoline Rebate Program, 401 N. Cattlemen Road, Sarasota, FL 34232. The form said "do not send gas receipts with this registration". We mailed the form and expected to receive $40.00.instead, we received another form stating the rebate would be made in increments of $10.00 if the form was received with a gas receipt. They said I would receive a second $10.00 rebate form with the check for the first. I mailed this form and my gas receipt in October. I have never received a response.

I called Green Blue resorts today, Feb. 15. A representative said her manager would contact us either by phone or mail. We'll see what happens.
