I originally booked a cruise through Princess Cruises and then months later found out that Cruiseshopping, aka South Beach Cruises could book it much cheaper. When I booked through Princess they asked that they automatically charge the cruise when the final payment was due.
A couple of months before it was due, I changed to Cruiseshopping.com as they were considerably cheaper and I had booked for 13 people I was going to pay for, so they continued the booking. Princess was notified about the change but Princess automatically charged the cruise to me anyway. Cruiseshopping.com stated not to worry, they would get the difference back from Princess and send it to me. That was in October.
I worked with Natasha Moore and have been emailing and calling to find out about the status of the refund ($531.00). At first she said they were waiting for the money from Princess. Now she won't even respond.
