I accepted a vacation package that was great. But, the company charged my card BEFORE the date that I authorized and caused me a great financial burden. The customer service agent who gave me two different names, was EXTREMELY RUDE, ARROGANT AND VERY DISCOURTEOUS! After speaking with another agent that promised to call back, I havent received any satisfatory solution to this issue yet.
The BBB has had several complaints resolved with this company, but mine is not one of them. I'm going to purchase the DIY Ripoff Revenge and get justice!
