Travel Visions has some Nerve!
We booked a disasterous Cruise through them in Oct. 2001. (the cruise trip details are also listed in the rip off report.)
We Immediatly called Diane Jack, the agent that we booked through and trusted, and told her of our Demise. She Promised that she would attempt to call her "contacts" at Carnival Cruise lines to try and get some sort of refund or like kind of travel exchange for the cruise that my husband and I felt was a complete waste of money. (over 5 k).
Months went by. Nothing. No word. I called her and was told a story that she hadn't managed to "get to it " yet. Yeah right, lip service I call it.
More months went by. I emailed her three times. My hubby and I were planning another trip and I wanted to know if there was any progress on her end as we were going to book another vacation with her, if in fact she was honest but, she was not honest. No answer was ever received from her nor any other entity of that agency.
Then I begin to get advertisements for travel via email for us to purchase more trips through them. Yeah Riiiiggghhttt!!!
I unsubscribed to their letter. Still I got the letter about a week later telling me that I had to " unsubscribe". (as if I didnt know how to do that) Again I unsubscribed and again I emailed them to tell them to remove my address. To no avail. Then I get this letter from them to "click on the button at the bottom of the email and follow the simple instructions " I was outraged, as a last jab they had to insult my intelligence on top of everything else. Adding insult to injury
In Our Opinion Travel visions.com does not honor their word to their paying customers who trust them, and then after taking your money, they insult you!!! Our advice is to purchase expensive vacations only with someone whom you can actually talk to face to face!!!
